Jimé Essink has been the President and CEO of UBM Asia (later Informa Asia) for 12 years (2007-2019). In 2020 he joined jwc consultancy as a senior consultant/board member. In 2024 he became a board member of Globus Events in Shanghai (before VNU Exhibitions Asia) on behalf of Advent International.
